Milton the Greatest Tour Guide - Milton was such an amazing tour guide. Very enthusiastic and full of energy. He made the experience even better by making sure everyone felt comfortable and safe.

A must do! - A must do! Our tour guy Milton was great and very helpful! If you in the area this is a must do excursion! The island was great and the food was great!

Fantastic experience - slightly marred by unacceptable delays! - I want to headline that the only reason this is not getting 5-stars is due to the organisation of the company itself and not the tour or the guides. If you want to hear just about the tour the skip down… Firstly, the meeting place was quite hard to find as there were no signs or anything and we had to ask several people for directions. When we got there there was a massive queue for the registration (even though we had all previously checked in). It turns out this was because it was taking ages to get everyone registered. We arrived at the meeting point at 7:45am for an 8:00am start. The registration took us to 8:30am, then we had to wait another 30-40mins for the rest of the people to register. Then it was a 30min car ride to the marina where our boat was kept. We finally got on our boat at around 9:30am (nearly 2 hours after we had arrived at the registration) and we were then told that a group of people who were supposed to be on a different boat which left earlier had arrived late so we had to wait for them and take them to the boat they had missed themselves… this added another 40-50mins to our tour as we had to wait 30mins for them and then drop them off at a different island. I did feel sorry for the tour guides as this whole thing seemed to be out of their control as we were complaining to them, and it seemed to be mandated by their superiors which I think is terrible. They did say they would pass on our feedback on this issue. If people arrive late for your tour, they miss the tour, simple. You don’t delay another group by an hour just so you can take them to the tour they were supposed to be on. RANT OVER! The tour itself was absolutely fantastic!! Our guide Nicher was absolutely amazing. Great fun and played some good music as we travelled from island to island. He was very accommodating and understanding to our problems with the delay and made sure we still spent a good amount of time on each island. The snorkelling was amazing. The corals are absolutely beautiful (some of the amazing ones left that haven’t been bleached unfortunately) - I absolutely loved it! The wildlife there was fantastic. The beaches were great and all the staff were amazing. Some drinks and a lunch were included which were good. We had a decent amount of time to stop and swim in the sea and lie on the beaches of each island etc. All in all a fantastic experience and I really recommend it - and I really hope that our delays were just a one off as the rest of the day was fantastic.
