10/10 - We had a great experience. Our driver had a clean, spacious car and was a gracious host. He was understanding when we were late to meet him in the lobby at our pickup time and even offered to stop so we could get coffee. He also helped walk us and our bags to our Riad which was inaccessible by car. I will be recommending this service to my friends and will be booking again!

Went above and beyond to help us! - We booked Casablanca Tours to pick us up from Casablanca airport and drive us to Chefchaouen, then to pick us up in Chefchaouen two days later and drive us to Fes. Our luggage ended up getting lost en route to Casablanca, and Jamal was so incredibly helpful as we tried to track it down! Our driver patiently waited while we spent a long time in the airport filing a baggage claim. We were giving a customer service number that you could only call from a Moroccan phone, so Jamal called the airline for us several times to try to get updates and arrange for the bags to be transferred to an airport closer to where we were staying. We ended up needing to drive to Tangier to pick up the bags 2 days later, and Jamal seamlessly arranged for his driver to add on this significant detour. Jamal could not have been more helpful! And he offered fair pricing for the unanticipated expense. He honestly did not even need to help with any of that- he went far above and beyond what we expected of him. It was such a relief to have assistance from someone who understood the process. I would definitely recommend Casablanca Tours!

It was the best service - We have booked a last minute transfer from the cmn airport to the city of Marrakech. The driver was at the terminal. He helped us with our luggage and was very nice. Great overall service
