In this tour, we will make several stops to sample the diverse flavors of Moroccan cuisine.
From fresh juices and cooked Tajines to street food like cooked snails, we will experience it all.
We’ll be tasting everything that makes Moroccan food renowned, including a mix of sweet and savory dishes and more.
- Square of Mohammed V - We will have 4-5 food stops in Casablanca’s downtown.
As we meet, we will start off our tour with a freshly squeezed juice at a local spot where Moroccans like stop by and have a fresh juice. There are usually big selection of fruits at those juice shops and you pick any combinations you feel like. Either milk shakes or juices.
Between it we will try snails and its herbal soup.
Then, we walk about 5 minutes long to try a must try soup called Harira.
After it we go for the main food stop. We will try the most iconic Moroccan Tagine that is rich with flavourful spices.
Then we will find a pastry where we can pick a collection of Morocco’s most famous pastries to take with us.
Our last stop will be at a cafe centered around a vibrant spot to enjoy having Mint Tea for a perfect pairing with the pastries we brought with us while watching nightlife passing by.
Eventually, if we pass by interesting street food we will definitely try some.
