Excellent - Arrived at Turin airport late in evening and needed transfer to city centre accommodation. Booked through VIator in advance. Driver was waiting at arrivals with a clear sign, straight to car (very nice car) and smooth transfer into Turin. Really took the stress out of travelling with family.

Driver was waiting for me on time... - <p>Driver was waiting for me on time. Very professional manner. Handled all my baggage. Provided chilled water to drink. S-Class Mercedes sedan into Turin. Brought me to my destination with no problems. I'm sure I paid more for this transfer than I would have for a taxi, but it was worth it. Would recommend and definitely take again.</p>

I absolutely recommend this service... - <p>I absolutely recommend this service to anyone who likes to ease the stress of travel. My driver was waiting for me outside the baggage claim, carried my large suitcase, and drove me directly to my destination. The best part was that it was already paid for so I was on my way! Highly recommend</p>

We had a very early flight out, and... - <p>We had a very early flight out, and I wanted to lock in our travel to the airport. They completely delivered! We arrived to a sign with our name on it, the car was a Mercedes Benz and the driver was very professional. Best service was on our way back. We had a 7:30 flight, they promised to be there at 5:30, and they were! Same Mercedes, white glove service. Very satisfied.</p>

the airport was closed - the airport was closed due to the accident so the flight was cancelled but no refund. the taxi was not able to come to the airport it's non y fault
