With Alessandro’s help you will learn all the secrets to create the perfect dough and to roll out the disc as Neapolitan tradition dictates. At this point you can choose how to season your pizza.
Our company will provide you with only the freshest, seasonal and high quality ingredients with which you can adorn your pizza.
You will follow the cooking of your pizza in the oven and as soon as it is ready you will be able to taste the fruit of your work together with all the other participants in a relaxing atmosphere of absolute conviviality. Everything will be accompanied by the tasting of excellent local beers.
Finally, you will receive a nice gadget to thank you for taking part in the course.
