Sunset on Etna - Magnificent excursion to Etna by Jeep. Our guide, Stefano, was able to convey to me his love for his Catania and respect for the volcano... with the addition of a few jokes that made the tour even more pleasant. Etna is a magical place and I left with sensations that are difficult to describe. And I already want to go back. Well done to you, kind and professional. :)

Absolutely Brilliant!! - Absolutely brilliant trip. Luca went above and beyond with our trip. Took us to some other great views out the tour track and was very informative and a great guy in general with a great look on life and his ambitions. Really made the trip worthwhile and made sure everyone was safely home afterwards. Wish I could give him 10 Stars!!

Evening excursion to the Sapienza refuge with an interesting visit to a place selling Etna wines and honey - Unfortunately, a negative opinion already expressed previously: I was the oldest in the group and I was arbitrarily forced by a young participant to make the outward journey in the back seat of the vehicle, with considerable difficulty due to my locomotor problems. I find it serious that the companion, who is also well-prepared and very nice, did not take a position towards the person who claimed the right to assign the seats on the vehicle herself

scam of a tour - Numerous issues marred our experience. Despite advertising a "jeep tour," the driver arrived in an unsuitable, aging car, unsuited for mountain terrain. Contrary to the excursion details, he declined to provide the promised pickup and drop-off, forcing us to trek 40 minutes to the designated meeting point. Adding to our dismay, he readily picked up other passengers. Throughout the tour, communication was strained; he predominantly spoke Italian, sparing only brief, sarcastic explanations in English. Neglecting his duty, he failed to delve into the volcano's geography, geology, or biology, as outlined in the excursion description. Furthermore, we missed out on a lava cave exploration, and safety essentials like lights and helmets were not provided. This entire experience felt deceptive and should be rectified to prevent others from falling victim to such a scam, leaving me both time-wasted and disheartened.
