Wonderful service and trip - We were very well looked after. The reception was great. Peaceful trip. The view of nature is incredible. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to have an excellent experience and not have a headache.

Fascinating tour from Manaus - This is an excellent day tour to take for people staying in Manaus. The caves and waterfalls are fascinating to explore and the guides are excellent.

Great use of my day in Manaus - Wonderful experience, refreshing to be in the water and beautiful scenery. Couple of points - we wanted an English tour, our guide did speak English and was fantastic - however, the first stop is guided by another group who did not speak English. Also - spend the $1-2 and get the rubber boots! Second - there is no place to ever change into dry clothes, and DO wear your swim suit. Third - when you stop for lunch, find out when you are leaving, eat quickly and get down to the river. We mistakenly thought we were going down with the group and then missed out. And lastly - this ended up being closer to 11 hours, so just be aware of that. In all, I would do it again.

No English guide - During the booking at Viator platform, I have selected a guide speaking English. However both the guide and the driver did not speak English 😤.

Unreliable and terrible service - The tour was cancelled 5 minutes before was due to be picked up. Leaving me o time to find any alternative tour on my last day in Manaus. Very dissatisfied would suggest you find other operators that are more reliable. Getting a refund does not compensate for a day wasted.
