Unique - It was a one-day visit but spectacular as before. We enjoyed ourselves as children and beat ourselves up walking and walking from side to side. Walk through the pirate tunnel (my favorite) or just walk around the park and see the little ones and their faces. Attractions of all kinds and shops where you can buy everything. The final fire show and with drone lights really amazing. Soon again here for sure

First time for me and frankly nothing to say! They are a credit to Europe! - All right. Frankly, nothing to say. It was the very first time I went there, I am not a Disney fan like bcp, but I like some movies obviously and especially the history and art of Disney. My friends wanted to go. A big surprise for me to realize that I loved it! I was thinking about going to a world for children, but it's mostly an amusement park and a whole side also for adults, I was pleasantly surprised. The work behind every detail, I have a bit of artistic momentum and wow the work behind everything, every plot I bcp enjoyed. Despite the world, nice restaurant and nickel toilet thank you Disney teams. It pleases children but also adults, a real amusement park with thrills , big surprise for me <3 Many thanks to the cast members who do a very good job and are very kind and chat with everyone!

Good day with some ups and downs. - We had a day here whilst staying in Paris and had the two park ticket. Really easy to get in on the train. Rated it 3 but really 3.5. It was a fairly good day overall but not outstanding. This park is definitely better than the WD studios next door which had a lot of construction and didn’t seem to have as much to do. We didn’t enjoy that. We’ve been regulars at WDW FL and DL in CA so are pretty used to parks. While we found some aspects of the park similar to the US parks there were other aspects which were noticeably less well done. Rides are mostly similar with a lot of the classics like Dumbo and Small World with some additions and exceptions. Enjoyed Star Tours as usual and Big Thunder Mountain. Things which frustrated:- Signage around the park not great. No real affordable queue jumping option. Premier Access massively over priced and the PAYG option was really expensive. App is useful for helping to keep an eye on times. Food options- we went to Hyperion cafe - really slow. Good amount of seats but not enough tills open. Would also have liked more water fountains around the park. Staff are not consistently as friendly and welcoming as in the US. We noticed this often. Shame park doesn’t have a water ride. Overall, we are pleased to have been. It made a nice contrast to being in the city. I’d say if families are considering US, it would give you a taster. You do need to plan very well to get the most out of a short stay. I wouldn’t go back here for the overall cost but glad to have gone.

DOUBLE ENTRANCE - DISAPPOINTMENT TOP - Due to the cancellation of the flight, I could not take advantage of the entrance tickets for July 16 paid 178 euros. On the spot a girl at the ticket office suggested me (witness my daughter) to buy another 2 paid 210 euros, because the others were not used, they would have reimbursed them. How do you think it ended? That I send the refund request and receive a negative Response. 1 Entrance / 1 park the beauty of almost 400 euros. UNA VERGONA

Rip Off and many areas closed - It was so expensive to get in and buy anything. Remember this is a commercial business designed to fleece as much money from the public as possible to increase shareholder's profits - not really designed for anything else. Nothing is reasonably priced and most items cost double what they would cost in the real world. Many areas of the park were closed 'for refurbishment' which we were not warned about. There was really only about 4 rides over both parks that my kids were interested in. So that's €100 per child per day for 4 rides. This was a real shame, we were looking forward to so much more. Light show at night was very good though and park was very clean.

Disneyland Paris will leave you with nothing if they can! - We have purchased tickets and fast track to speed up. We had tickets for 17/07 for my son’s birthday when he turn 4 years old. On 16/07 we were at airport boarding to Paris when on the boarding gate my husband pass out and went to ICU. We couldn’t board then the nightmare had begun. I’ve contacted Disneyland Paris team who informed they couldn’t do anything. I’ve explained it is a health issue but still got nothing. I didn’t ask to refund I just asked to change the date because we were saving for a whole year and my son still cry asking why we didn’t go for his birthday. He is so little and it’s breaks my heart I can’t have this money to pay again. Disneyland supposed to be the best place on the world. It’s a place where kids dream who they will become and adults revisit their childhood. I don’t think this place is magic anymore because the money make them blind. It’s time to start to forget about this place. Most of the times we take our children because of our childhood memories. The parents are the one who keep this place standing but when we need them in a very delicate moment they close the door on our faces.

Deplorable customer service - We traveled internationally and lost our cell phone on the first ride of the day. We knew exactly when and where it was lost. We ventured to the information customer service office. I think it was Silve possibly who refused to help us. First, we needed to see if our premium pass was being used if someone took our phone. She told us they do not have computers nor the technology. Next, we inquired about getting our passes printed out and she said I cannot help with solving that problem either. We asked about doing a lost and found claim. She pointed to an application bar code and said we cannot write it down with a pen and paper because we do not have a pen or piece of paper. After 30 minutes pleading for help while a 2nd person was trying to help finally she said I cannot help either. We tried on two of our phones with two different browsers to downloaded the application to report lost and found. Neither worked and again the said we cannot help. Being an international trip with the missing phone and actually saying you are not willing to help us and then your cast member stating “no”. She agreed that she understood and spoke English fluently. Finally, after one half hour one cast member got a manager to assist us. The manager let us use her phone app to report our lost item. Now about one hour going by and no line in front of us she was able to print our ride passes too. The level of frustration and deplorable service was awful and never what you would expect at Disney. The app to use lost and found too is a a 3rd party Disney uses which makes no sense. At the end of the day we checked with lost and found at the main location and nothing turned up. Fast forward 36 hours later in the early AM we got an email stating that an item was found though to log in to identify if it was ours. We couldn’t log in because the encryption only would match the managers phone… My wife called Disney info to check and we asked if they could transfer us to information so they can check and ensure before we lost a day in Paris which required is to take a train. This phone had everything for our trip on it and even VPN for financial transactions, trip itinerary…. The cast member stated we don’t have phone numbers to transfer over. My wife took the train to Disneyland Paris and they would not let her into the park to retrieve her phone. She had to respectfully escalate and plead again! The cast member refused to walk to check for her and so they finally had an armed guard with M16 assault rifle escort my wife to information to finally get her cell phone back. Unbelievable. Disney is supposed to be magical!

From dream to disillusionment - Many places in the park are under construction. Faithful to the Big Thunder Mountain broke down several times during the day. This is lamentable at the ticket price. Very disappointed....
