Before cooking, stroll through an organic farm and witness how herbs and vegetables are cultivated in Thailand. Hand-pick ingredients for your desired dish and receive a quick introduction to herbs. Opt for the half-day or full-day course located on 1.6 acres at the organic farm, where there are more than 20 types of plants. You’ll get the chance to see local life and savor every bite of freshness in your authentic meal with the ease of knowing where the ingredients came from.
Our garden has many kinds of vegetables, herbs, and fruits, such as basil family, root family, hot peppers, mushrooms, eggplants, limes, and many more! These can be used as ingredients during the class, which means no toxins in your dishes. Classes are small, so the environment is closer and more friendly. Recipes are beneficial and easy to recreate at home, and students will receive recipe books after finishing classes.

Our school is nestled amongst rural and agricultural landscapes. En route to the school, we stop at a local market, giving you an insight into the conventional way of life of the rural residents of Chiang Mai. Our organic garden is meticulously cared for, as we grow everything ourselves, fostering health and well-being. We use these home-grown ingredients in preparing our healthful Thai meals and happily feature them in your cooking as well. We invite guests to comprehend and practice the essential skills and understanding of preparing scrumptious, wholesome Thai meals. We encourage innovation and familiarize you with the fundamentals of Thai cooking. Given that we don’t restrict to a fixed menu, you have the freedom to cook whatever you fancy.
