The Mediterranean Diet is a dietary concept inspired by the eating practices of the people of Crete in the 1950s. Presently, it’s the most extensively studied diet worldwide, with proof suggesting it’s highly advantageous for both physical and mental wellness. It’s based on the idea that the simple act of consuming food unites people, fosters community, encourages conversation, and offers pleasure via taste.

We’ll implement the essential aspect of the diet which examines our eating habits. Given the Mediterranean diet’s emphasis on the significance of food in the domestic setting, we’ll prepare all meals collectively and partake in them together at the table.
