The journey from Rethymno to Chania, the jewel of Crete, commences approximately at 09:00. Chania, rich in history and established over 4,000 years ago, stands as one of the oldest European cities. During this day-long trip, you’ll have a five-hour window to discover Chania, perfectly suited for a serene stroll through its charming old town. Embark on tours through historical neighbourhoods, churches, and museums, and pay a visit to the stunning Venetian Port for a spot of shopping, a taste of Greek coffee, and lunch (expense not covered in the tour cost). At about 16:00, the bus sets off for the return journey to Rethymno.
- Seats are assigned by the theater box office and will not be known in advance of the performance date
- At the time of booking please mention your hotel name and location. You will be notified by email about the pickup point and time
- Pickup begins up to 15 minutes before tour starts and is done from central meeting points near the hotels, only in the areas of Panormo, Scaleta, Adele, Platanias, Missiria, Rethymno town, Atsipopoulo, Kavros and Georgioupoli
- Infants will be seated with their parents on the bus and will not have their own seat

Great day - Great amount of time given, driver and guide were very friendly. We looked around the chania old town and arrived and departed on good time

Fabulous! - Had a wonderful day in Chania, so many shops bars and restaurants,
we went to the Port area for lunch to a Fish restaurant, a little expensive, make sure you know the price before ordering a Fish Platter, we payed over 200 euros Yikes! ( just for 2 of us)
Otherwise a wonderful day, worth a visit for sure

Unexpected 5 hour walk - Beautiful photos of the lighthouse, however on our return the guide "dumbed" us along the road to a bus stop....

Return Bus Ticket but Great Day - Pick up was drama free and bus modern and comfortable. With the exception of a map provided and small speech from a very knowledgable and at times funny George, this was very much a return bus ticket as opposed to a guided tour. This was exactly what we wanted so was more than happy with the arrangement and had a great day. Felt like we could have had more time on the day so maybe an earlier and later pick up/departure time would be possible.

Exactly as advertised purely a transfer - This trip was exactly as advertised basically a transfer from Rethymno to Chania. Guide and driver were good. However the legroom on the coach was minimal hence just 3*

Corwded - Trvel to and from Chainia was great with a superb guide.
However there were crowds everywhere due to large crusie ship being in port.
