The wine tasting occurs in the charming square of Fres.
As a seasoned chemist and winemaker, I possess the expertise and hands-on experience to provide a comprehensive understanding of wine history and the process of making Cretan wines. By sampling these six wines from Crete, you’ll get to appreciate the development of winemaking on the island and the variety of Cretan wines.
This isn’t your typical wine tasting session - it’s a unique and genuine experience that embodies the fervor for Cretan wines.

Lovely experience - Amazing wine and other alcohols, with lots of education and pleasant conversation from the host. A great chance to learn about Cretan wines and culture.

Private wine tasting in a lovely village - We were a group of 5 and throughly enjoyed the private wine tasting and learning about the history of Greek wine . The wine also tasted lovely too ! Thank you Andreas !

Wonderful experience for wine lovers on a picturesque village near Chania - The place offers some really good local Cretan wine choices. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Fres is a picturesque village and the hospitality is awesome. The owner gave us a treat of many other local products.The price is fairly cheap also. I highly recommend it to everyone interested in wine tasting and also in getting to experience the tradition of Crete. Highly recommended
