We’re going to explore the dark side of Charleston, through the plagues, hurricanes, fires, earthquakes, and battles that have left many with unfinished business. Disembodied souls, left behind to roam aimlessly through the streets and back alleys of the Holy City.

From the colorful stories of unjustified hangings, serial killers, love triangles, and murders. We’re going to travel back in time and explore it all.

Oh, and we may even see a ghost. That’s right, it’s actually happened. Many people in Charleston have seen real ghosts…and many guests have walked away from tours like this with photographic evidence they have seen one too.

Cold night with warm stories! - Greg was a phenomenal tour guide and made it a very family friendly ghost hunt! It was a great mix of history and haunts all at the same time and he was obviously very knowledgeable about his home town of Charleston. So glad we did it!

This tour is perfect. - Greg was amazing. The tour was nicely paced. He also used multimedia in his tour to show us photos of actual supernatural appearances. I plan to use this to take all of my future guests to.

Great tour! - A great mix of Charleston history and ghost stories. I liked our smaller sized group of 10. Greg was our guide and you could tell he loved the history of the city.

Awesome Ghost Tour - Absolutely loved this tour! Greg was awesome. He tailored the tour to us and was really interactive - answered all our questions and kept the tour light and funny. Would recommend to any age group!

A Spooktacular Night - Truly a great experience. We learned a lot about the history of Charleston and the many spooky stories that haunt the very streets you travel on every day. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area and it’s rich history, making it a wonderful experience for everyone within our group. We will definitely be coming back to do another tour the next time we’re in town!
