Tons of relevant information about the locations we were going to that evening. As a storyteller of the history of Charleston, Nick has done the necessary homework and then more to deliver an experience that goes beyond expectations when someone wants to understand the history and timelines of events that have happened in the past that still effect the present!

This was unlike any paranormal experience I’ve done in the past. We were hands on with the equipment.

Nick was extremely knowledgeable, and funny. You’re hands on with his equipment which makes the time spent worth you while. I loved the honesty and how he can pick up your energy level. This tour not just about feeling and looking for the spirits of those who pass, but the history of who they were. Get ready for an experience of ghost tours.
