Excellent day - Excursion from Fez to Chefchaouen at the top, magnificent city! In addition, the journey went very well with the driver Mouhssin, very friendly, attentive and passionate, who told us anecdotes throughout the journey. I recommend 100/100. And thank you again Mouhssin :)

Fun - Second you with this excellent agency. We booked as a couple and were a group of 6at the end! Lovely experience. The blue city is lovely, and the car trip was extremely Fun and exciting. Big thanks to Lhoussaine, who made this day magical! ❤️

The views of the mountains are beautiful, if you have time to dedicate. - Typical village on the slopes of a mountain next to a spring. Too many sellers of various objects (chinoiserie). Starting point for beautiful mountain excursions. Reachable by bus from Tangier (6 euros) in 3 hours.

Great service - I did not confirm my ticket but after ringing the office a van was there in 10 minutes together us. Great service

It was nice but not as good as I had hoped - Chefchouan was beautiful but the tour was too long, need max 2.5 hours to see the city. No recommendations on what to see or info about the city or history provided. Also did not seem very professional, my tour operator picked me up late in his own car and then dropped me off at another location to find the other tour van

Chaotic Shuttle - Note that this is NOT a tour. It is a shuttle service and the whole process is chaotic. They told me they would pick me up from the Blue gate at 8am. I messaged them at 7:40 that I’m on my way. They didn’t show up until 8:30. I messaged them multiple times and they didn’t respond at all. I was about to go back to my Riad. The van was dirty. there were thrash on the seat pockets and food crumbs on the seats. We made a random 30 min stop on the way for only the driver to have lunch. They didn’t even recommend what to do when we arrived. Just said “see you at 4:30 here”. It is 4-5 hour one way drive as well so be prepared. I would book with some other provider next time.

Very tiring. - The collection from my hotel was changed by the tour operator. They didn't tell me! It was a long day - 4 hours of driving each way. No guides were provided. Even the driver rarely spoke. I was just glad to get back to my Riad after the day.

No guide - If you are just looking for transportation that's your thing. A guide wasn't included as stated and the driver literally told us"its only a place for Instagram and guide is not needed" while there were guides for other groups. You will learn nothing about the place unless you do some research. What a joke.

It’s definitely not a tour - There was no tour at all. Desorganized, slow. It was just a transfer service with many stops in the way. They even ask you the preferred language for your guide when there’s no guide! A joke
