Highlights
- Chesapeake Bay - Embark on a two and a half hour journey aboard the 42’ sailing yacht Eternal Hope, venturing into the Chesapeake Bay. Witness the historic Cliffs of Calvert and, with some luck, spot dolphins, ospreys, and other incredible wildlife or cruise ships navigating the shipping channel. Should a strong westerly breeze arise, we might sail near the opposite shore of the bay! As the saying goes, “…the only issue with the bay is that it is just so incredibly beautiful!”

A BEAUTIFUL DAY ON THE BAY - We thoroughly enjoyed our Windsail Cruise. LLoyd and Nate are personable, knowledgeable, and good conversationalists. We sailed at noon; the weather was beautiful. Because there wasn't much wind, we didn't have the experience of racing through the water. Instead we had a relaxing sail and would definitely do it again.

Friday Afternoon Sail - The crew was amazing and Scott shared a lot of the local history. Watching the team manage the sails and sharing their sailing experiences was very special. My Mom is 83 and she really enjoyed this cruise.

Great excursion! - The captain and first mate were so nice and shared some great stories. They made sure to keep checking on my seasick son and went out of their way to help make him as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the beautiful breeze and would recommend it!

Easy Breezy on the Chesapeake - We could not have picked a more perfect day to go sailing with Captain Andy and First Mate Stephanie. My friends and I had a wonderful and memorable Sunday on the Chesapeake. Andy and Stephanie felt like they were part of our group and we had the best time talking about the history of the area, as my friends and I grew up in the DC/MD area. The winds were light and the waves were calm. It was the most perfect way to relax and enjoy some good company.

Great Family Adventure! - Captain Andy and mate Dave were outstanding sailing ambassadors. From the oldest to the youngest they related to each person on a personal level and made the entire experience fun. I would not hesitate to take a Chesapeake Windsail Cruise again.
