  • 8Adventures - Prepare for morning pickup at your Chiang Mai hotel, and drive around 1.5 hours to reach the ATV base camp. When you arrive, get a safety orientation and gear up with CE and DOT Approved helmets. The camp provides all the amenities you need to stay comfortable, including lockers, changing rooms with showers, and a minimart to pick up any last-minute snacks or supplies before heading off on your adventure. 

Your tour, lasting 3 hours covers roughly 40 km in distance over a combination of on-road and off-road jungle terrain. Drinking water is provided in a number of rest spots chosen for their beauty which double up as awesome viewpoints and photo opportunities. It’s well-suited for those that would like to explore the local countryside and see it a different way. 

Upon your return to our camp a delicious lunch of fried chicken, rice and salad is provided before returning back to Chiang Mai City.

Your 3-hour ATV trip is set up for beginners to intermediate drivers. We start out with detailed instructions and a training course to get you comfortable with your vehicles. The tour covers roughly 40 km in distance it is a mix of on road and off road jungle terrain. It’s well-suited for those that would like to explore the local countryside and see it a different way.

Included in the price is transport to and from Chiang Mai City in an air-conditioned mini-van/car, lunch, all equipment needed as well as CPR and First-Aid trained Guides.

  • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
  • Bring a second dry set of clothes for your ride back to your hotel
  • Bring a copy or photo of your passport on your phone for registration
  • Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
  • If under 15s want to drive they must pay the full Adult Price and demonstrate safe driving ability

VIP experience - We had the best time on this trip. I honestly have never had an excursion with such outstanding service. The staff are so helpful and friendly and ensured we had everything we needed at all times. The trip itself was incredible, driving past elephants and travelling to the top of a mountain viewpoint. We were very lucky that we were the only people on this tour, making the experience extra special. A 10/10 excursion, book it!

Don’t wait just buy it! Best quad bike tour in Thailand. - My girlfriend and I have now done multiple quad bike tours on our holidays. This is by far the best quad bike tour out there. This includes the service and the kindness of the instructors. We have chosen the 3 hour tour, which includes riding past the elephant sanctuary and then up a massive mountain. You get to use the quads on serious off roads, and have good time. The mountain trail is harder than the rider along the river, however, is more rewarding. The instructors will support you throughout the ride.

Always fun - it's always a lot of fun at 8adventures. we've been rafting and quad biking with a large group. the staff are very caring and attentive. there's no need to worry about safety. everything is taken care of.

July 2024 ATV (intensive ride) - It was fun and exiting Remember to bring shoes that could be washed as they would be muddy after the ride The coach was nice and taught us patiently and carefully!! One leads the way and another one stays behind to take care us in case we have any problems We drive to the forest, muddy road opposite to an elephant area and had a break to rest with water for everyone and take pics of the elephants The way back was more intense than I expected Before heading back we went all the way up to a hilly rocky hill and had a short break up there The way down from the hill was intense and scary tho It would be better if there would be a heads up before going to the hilly rocky hill

Highly Recommend!! Best guides!! - Highly recommend the 3 hour ATV tour!! I was a little nervous about driving the ATV for the first time and preferred to be a passenger, the guide put me on the back of his and offered to let me drive whenever I wanted. Both guides were so lovely and we can't thank them enough for the wonderful experience!

Great fun at 8Adventures ATV experience - The 8Adventures is a really reliable and safe company. Their equipments and safety protections were in great condition. The guides were very helpful. I was going with a 8 years old girl and 2 elderlies. Thank you so much for the guides in carrying them at their back so that we could go together in a group. And we had great fun.
