Airport transfer - The driver was waiting at arrivals, no stress & had a nice A/C car. I would recommend for future travellers.

Just AMAZING! - We had such a great time! Would give ten stars if possible from hiking with elephant to mud bath. You can tell they take great care of the elephants, we want to come back to Chiangmai just for this experience again. will definitely recommend it to our friends!

Pretty Good Airport Transfer - Scheduled a last minute pick up just to avoid a long wait or taxis issue. This was pretty easy to schedule. Pros: responsive team, driver was safe, car was clean, driver was careful to check we didn’t leave anything behind, office staff for calling with any issues was helpful kind and quick to solve the problem Cons: The host with the sign wasn’t where the directions said she would be. She was sitting right next to it. Well, that’s not helpful when there’s a sea of other hosts with signs picking up too, however I called the number and they located her within minutes. We did have to wait about 10 minutes for our driver to pull around. Overall, good and easy to get picked up and dropped at our hotel despite the little hiccup with finding the host.

Terrible pick up - Please don’t use Viator for the transport from and to the airport. We are 0 for 3 and cancelled the fourth. You can do a lot cheaper and better on your own. This one was particularly bad. My family followed the instructions to the word. But no one waited with our name displayed at the arrival. Had to call the number after 20 min. Finally the lady showed up holding our name telling us she was here all the time. A lie instead of an apology. Do it yourself!
