After being picked up from your hotel in Chiang Mai, the tour begins at 8:30am with a drive to Warorot Market (Kad Luang). Here, you can explore and purchase items crafted by local artisans, including clothing, handmade gifts, northern Thai cuisine, and flowers.
Next, proceed to the temple that marks the starting point for your private cruise on the Mae Ping River. During the cruise, you’ll visit a farmhouse and enjoy scenic river views (approximately 1.5 hours). Lunch will be at a local restaurant, where you can savor khoa soi, a regional delicacy. Following lunch, visit Wat Chedi Laung to admire its large pagoda with a broken top and the Chiang Mai city pillar.
Finally, explore Wat Sri Suphan, also known as the Silver Temple, in Chiang Mai. This unique temple is adorned with silver decorations and is the only place where the surrounding community consists of silver craftsmen.
