Close call - Rick was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. In 2 short hours, he provided us with plenty of history. My sister and I had a lovely time. We were running late and on calling him, he suggested we meet the bus at another hotel instead! He was our saving grace! Without his advice, we would have missed the tour. Thank you very much, Rick.

Great way to see the city - We had a great trip...even if it did sprinkle on the ride! Our driver cleaned off the windows in between stops. We still had great views of the city. Definitely a wonderful experience 😊

Not quite as I expected.... - Chicago was great, I enjoyed visiting it for the first time. However, this mini-bus tour was very disappointing. Given that it rained on the day of our tour, but it did not rain the whole time. Rick the tour guide was rushing for people who wanted to go down and take pictures (including myself and my friend) and was only given a measly 3 minutes when it clearly said in the description that there are 10 minutes for people to stop and take pictures. He even mentioned during the trip that 49'er fans are MEAN. We are from the bay and support our team Niner's...there is no need for him to comment on such. Every sports event regardless of where you are, there will be some fans that are not to your liking, but NOT ALL 49'er fans are mean! We felt that he discriminated against us for being from the Bay Area. My friend said something to him because she felt offended, and so did I and yet my friend tipped him at the end of the tour. I think because he's been doing this job for a long time, he's seen it all, and knows it all thus his patience for first-time visitors is nonexistent, affecting the mood and experience of visitors who signed up and paid for this tour. I would not suggest taking this tour to anyone, not because of my bad experience but because you can walk to all the spots that this tour will take you. If you are staying downtown area, just walk the Magnificent Mile (Michigan St.) and you'll see it all and stay as long as you want without being rushed.
