Additional Information
It has the title of the second most visited archaeological zone in Mexico, named one of the new 7 wonders of the world. You will visit the main attractions with a bilingual guide who will delve into the history while visiting the castle, the temple of the warriors, ball game, the observatory. Afterwards you will have free time to achieve the perfect picture of the Pyramid of Kukulkan, HERITAGE OF HUMANITY, later you will meet a crystalline cenote where you can also enjoy a delicious typical Yucatecan food.
- We recommend to bring comfortable shoes, swimwear, towel, cap sunglasses and camera
- Bring extra cah for tips and souvenirs
- Only the use of sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide is allowed in the park
- Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must present an ID to verify their age when boarding the transportation.
- This activity demands some walking exercise
- The road is not suitable for wheelchairs so if it needs, a third person must help to carry on the chair around.
- There is an additional tax fee for the use of video cameras inside the archaeological site, not included in the tour price.

TOUR TO CHICHEN ITZA - A spectacular tour, I feel very satisfied with the experience, and the attention of Alan Alejandro Martínez. I was fascinated by the pyramid, and being able to visit one of the wonders of the world.

Making Memories - Amazing experiences. We visit the Mayan ruins and took a dip in cold Cenote water.
Wear light clothing because it is extremely hot in August. Also wear water shoes and bring a towel!
Our guide, Pancho was very knowledgeable and the driver, Francisco got us safe to our destinations.
Lastly, the rep that helped us plan our tour, Ricardo Vazquez was super helpful and so friendly. It was an overall wonderful experience!

Marvelous dinner experience you must have!! - Truly a unique and extraordinary experience was presented in our seats. As we were taken to the French Mediterranean every dish was the executed to perfection. The whole team even the chef coming out to personally deliver some sweets made our visit and my birthday even more special! Having a lovely and timeless pianist and ballet dancers in the background was absolutely beautiful! David and Miguel went above and beyond to make sure our experience and expectations were met! Thank you so my guys you were beyond amazing!

Good experience - The tour was for Valladolid, Chichen Itza and Cenotrs. The tour was just the right amount of time and we were picked up from our resort. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. The size of our group was also the right size, not too big. It was very hit though, especially in Chichen Itza so prepare for the heat.

The supplier was very disappointing - Travel BEWARE! Make sure to read the “fine print” and confirm accommodations before you take the two-hour-long trip to Chichen Itza with Mexico Travel Solutions. They claim their service is unlike their competitors since they offer a lower number count in their tours. They guaranteed a small group private transportation with extra amenities. DON’T BE FOOLED. Their bus was big all right, but old, uncomfortable, the AC hardly worked, and I’d swear the bus did not have shock absorbent. Their added amenities were supposed to include, a box breakfast, snorkels, and umbrellas, but those never materialized. Their tour guide had small cardboard flip charts that were randomly displayed. I would suggest going with another supplier with luxury tour buses and knowledgeable tour guides. On a positive note, the trip to Chichen Itza is a MUST. Just pick your supplier wisely. Have fun.
