Great tour with great guides - Excellent tour. Shout-out to David, Rhett and Christian for the great day. Very educational explanation about the Maya culture and history in English and Spanish, they know what they are talking about. Amazing sights (souvenir area to support Maya foundation, lunch, Chichen Itza, Cenote and finally Valladolid). The first hours are a bit promotion heavy, but the advertised souvenirs are very nice and original and support good causes. All in all a solid tour to visit the aforementioned locations!

Nice trip with organizational deficits - Generally this is a nice tour. The historical information given was good and well conveyed. Chichen Itza is worth the visit! What we did not like was the schedule. We chose a tour that said it would start at 08:30. We perfectly understand some organizational overhead may require a pickup that is a bit earlier. But we were quite surprised to learn that we would be picked up at 07:00 already (and also not at our hotel that we selected from a predefined list, but a generic meeting point). After having been transferred to the location the bus departs from, we waited for an hour. I mean - we could have walked there in under half an hour.... The tour was scheduled with a return by 20:30. But it was after 21:30 when we arrived (absolutely no traffic jam the entire day). We would have grabbed dinner along the way had we known we'd be THAT late. Speaking of dinner and late. At the last event stop one of the guides asked for everybody to be on time for departure and only get food as takeaway. But if you're already aware you will be home way later than advertised the guide should not be causing a 15min delay himself because he sat down for dinner at a place. We chose the provider based on the times. It was unfortunate that those turned out to be false advertising.
