Agencia Hotumatur - The day tour is excellent, you visit the most iconic places of Rapa Nui. The guide Enzo very friendly, willing to answer questions and take photos of travelers. 100% recommended the agency, also very economical compared to other agencies in the area.

Regular - We're 40 minutes late. We took tour in Spanish and we played with two foreigners! It took the guide to explain everything twice In the end we tried to listen to other guides who were on site

Don’t recommend this tour! - The tour was a little bit disappointing for a few reasons: the sites the tour selected were not exactly the most popular ones, some of them, for example, the first site they took us was an ancient cave and we spent lots of time there, but it was nothing attractive; Secondly, we had to wait at the first visiting site entrance because the travel agency wanted to add three people at last minute and we had to stand and wait outside of the entrance, I complained to the guide on the spot before even the day started; Thirdly, it was supposed to be an English speaking tour, but the tour guide spoke Spanish most of the time, and we couldn’t understand what he was speaking, and had to keep asking other tour members for basic information. Fourthly, the introduction materials said it should include snacks, but no snacks or water provided, instead, we spent long time to go to the restaurant tour guide took us and paid for our own lunch

Good - Good tour but not a full day your done by 2pm of not earlier. The sites are rather quick stops which is fine as you see and learn about cool things. But it’s advertised as a full day. Also no water no snack. Still worth it but they should update the advertisement to be more real/transparent and set you up to have more planned for after

Half-day is more like it - It was a “full day” tour in just 4 hours and involved no 4x4 vehicle. We were stuck in a van with 11 other people driving on regular roads. The guide insulted us in Spanish without realizing that I speak Spanish. He acted like it was an inconvenience to need to give the tour in English at all. At no point did the guide ever offer to take pictures of our group. He also didn’t assist my young daughter in the cave which resulted in her hitting her head on the cave. The tour was supposed to include snacks but none were ever offered nor were we offered water. This was a case where you get what you pay for and we still left feeling overcharged.

Confused and Risky - very confused pickup, 0930 picked up then went to pickup another pair of guests, 20min then returned to my original pickup point to collect two more guests!! then stopped to buy water - total 75 minutes. Stopped off at tribal cave - wet and very slippery no torch or warning - dark - I led using my hiking stick like a blind person very poor very dangerous!! 4 stops and tour was done - aprox 4 hours (sounds like Gilligan's Island) end 1500, is this a FULL DAY? no water or so called snacks offered - this was just bad!
