Wonderful for a one day tour - Really lovely well thought out tour. For all we saw, it didn't feel rushed. The guide, Maria, was charming in two languages. If you can't hold the canyon, this is really the next next thing. A little walking, condors, hot baths, spots of interest, volcanos. Really great and I'm glad I did it.

Great Tour! - The tour included everything promised. We were fortunate to be able to see over a dozen condors. The lunch was a fantastic buffet of many local dishes that exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide, Mike, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely book this company again.

Condors, guide, lunch all great, driving not so great - Saw lots of condors and our guide, Rosa, was great. The lunch buffet was also really good. It is just a really long day with lots of driving.

A fun way to travel to Puno - Well organized, very nice landscapes and good Guides. The road is interesting but too focused to sell products and not necessarily just experience

Bad experience - The worst care of this travel agency towards its clients, from the beginning they do not lend themselves to help the tourist, they did not want to pick us up from our hotel and then they conditioned us that if they picked us up they would put us in the last seat, then we went as requested to the square of Arequipa, but the guide was an external person of the company and all spoiled left us, we arrived 5 minutes before the agreed time (2:55 am) and the miss in a hurry went to pick up other tourists, and we did not know what to do in the square at that time of night, taking care that we did not rob, we called the agency they did not know anything, after half an hour in the square I call myself the external guide of the agency and just said get on board quickly. I do not find this quality situation, even though we contracted 3 days with them. Too bad.
