Excellent experience - Ali, our driver was excellent in adjusting to our needs, which was essential to us when travelling with two young kids. Very pleasant experience. Well worth the price on a hot day. Strongly recommend for those on a brief visit.

Magical day with Mount Fuji! - We had an absolutely wonderful time on our trip with Abbas. He was great at reaching out to us the night before via WhatsApp and going over the departure details. We decided to leave early to beat the traffic out of Tokyo, and that helped us beat a lot of crowds to our first couple destinations. The van was clean and comfortable. Fuji cooperated with clear blue skies and the Sakura were almost in full bloom. It was a day we’ll never forget and I’m so pleased we decided to hire a private car over a bus tour.

Enjoyable day on our Private Tour of Tokyo. - We booked this tour very early on a Friday morning for a 9:30am private tour. We received a confirmation, and we were ready at the planned pick-up place at 9:15am. We had to call the tour operator at 9:40am as no one had arrived. It turned out that although our reservation was made and confirmed, they needed a 24-hour advance notice. This messed up our Friday plans, but we ultimately agreed to do the tour on Saturday. Abbas Zaigham messaged me Friday evening and early on Saturday morning to establish contact and confirm our hotel and pickup. He was prompt in picking us up and taking the 4 of us anywhere we requested. He was kind and patient, and the van was clean and comfortable. Even though we had an issue with the initial booking, I would recommend this tour but suggest booking more than 24 hours in advance.

Driver good but not the best day - Zaigham was very good, unfortunately due to the weather we could not see some of the sights as they were closed. We would have appreciated to be told that due to the weather that we might be able to see some of the attractions. Other than that we had a good experience.
