a fantastic trip!we got... - a fantastic trip!we got to see some breathtaking spots. Lake Ashi was beautiful, and the hot spring eggs in Owakudani were absolutely delicious. Our guide, Tom, was fantastic and super patient, even when a group came back 10 minutes late from the first stop. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tokyo, and hopefully, you’ll get to meet Tom too!

Mt.fuji trip, thank you Brews - We had an amazing trip! Even though it happened to be a long weekend in Japan, which made the traffic pretty heavy and cut short the time at some spots, our guide Brews still made sure we visited all the places we had planned. He was fun, knowledgeable, and kept the mood light the whole time. We were also super lucky with the weather and got to see a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. Big thanks to Brews for making the trip so memorable!

Rude Endoh driver - We are in a high spirit of the tour. Our tour guide is very assisting, he is Louis. I do speak and understand Japanese language. The driver, the certain Endoh is not accommodating! There is these 2 passengers went to onsen, and the place was announced that even with tattoos, customers can use the hot bath if only they will wear a body sticker. Unfortunately, they did not allow the customers to get in to that establishment. The tour guide Louis was in distress. The tour guide wanted to fetch again the customers. By the way, that time we are already on Kawaguchi lake if I am not mistaken. So the mom of the two customers who was at the onsen asked the tour guide Louis on how she can get back to her 2 sons who can’t be at the onsen/ hot bath. The tour guide Louis asked politely the rude, meanest driver I’ve ever seen! The devilish driver Endoh said that it was not anymore his obligation nor why the 2 passengers went there. The devilish Endoh even said that he was driving for long and it is already his break to work. So Louis said he will submit a report to their office. And devilish Endoh was too cool to say “ iiyo! Report it to the office!” Imaging our trip with disgusto because we are with that annoying driver the whole day! PLEASE FIRE THAT MEANEST RUDE DRIVER ENDOH!
