Clean car, good notice from driver - Driver texted us the night before and the day of so we knew everything was set. The driver arrived early but was amenable to waiting until we were ready because we didn’t want to leave that early. The mini van was luxurious and as clean as if brand new. We used the same service to go to the hotel from the airport when we arrived in Tokyo. Highly recommend if you don’t want to deal with luggage on train/subway). Narita Airport is an hour or so from central Tokyo and taxi is more expensive than the private car.

Reliable Service - The driver communicated with us prior to the pickup date. He was on time and was patient as we brought our luggage out of the apartment. He was an excellent driver and got us to Narita Airport safely and on time.

Japan - Kept me informed of pick up and driver very polite. Weather was atrocious wet & windy , did his best to make sure I was close to airport entrance.

Bad driver and bad car - The car was too small even though we communicated with the driver the day before about the number of luggages and people. He basically ignore it and we had to be cramped in the car for an hour and a half. Not nice driver either. The picture on your website is way overstated. It was like a cheapest Uber. Very disappointed.

Smashed up Ride to the Airport - Why did you send this vehicle? It was clearly in an accident and we were not comfortable getting in. The driver could not figure out how to get our luggage loaded. He just kept standing there shaking his head. He had to fold up a bunch of seats to get us in. Was he not informed that we were a group of 4 adults and all our luggage?

Scary ride - Driver did not know the way to Haneda airport. He was very elderly and had his wife with him. Twice he almost missed an exit and stopped in the freeway with cars swerving out of the way around us. Luckily it was early morning or we would have been rear ended. He couldn't see the clearly signposted route to the airport so we ended up pointing to the correct exits. Inside the airport he was clearly lost and we visited the cargo terminal before finding the correct terminal.

not a good experience due... - not a good experience due to driver keep on asking to change the timing earlier than agreed. Once arrived at destination, driver was in a hurry to drop all luggages and moved on.
