Quality tour :-) - Our guide Pawel was lovely. Couldn’t really of been any better. We felt very relaxed and well looked after. Pawel listened to my mums interests and tailored the day with little extras to suit her interests. I’d recommend to friends with no hesitation.

10/10 Tour Guide & Experience - We made this booking very last minute so we weren’t too sure what to expect. Patryk picked us up from our hotel and we were informed that we were the only booking for that day so that we’d get a private tour. He was great. He drove us to some beautiful locations, we tried some local cheese, and he was always available whenever we wanted to move to the next spot. We think our day was amazing and it was thanks to him. Would absolutely recommend it.

10/10 AMAZING - Micheal was really helpful and a great tour guide, he took us to a valley where we had some free time as it suited us more, we spoke to other couples who had done Zakopane on a group tour and they didn’t get this option, so the little extras like this make it worth the money as we wouldn’t have had chance to explore a beautiful valley in Zakopane without Micheal

Excellent tour and stunning views of Tatras mountains - I have used KrakowDirect for tours to Auschwitz, Wieliczka Salt Mine and now Zakopane tour. KrakowDirect are punctual, reliable and professional. I had an excellent tour around Chochołów, Zakopane and the Tatras mountains. The scenery was beautiful and managed to stop off at the viewpoints and to taste local cheeses/polish vodka. There was plenty of free time at krupowki street for lunch and shopping. Our tour guide, Bartek, was very friendly, helpful and informative.

A different world from the city. - Our tour guide was pleasant and accommodating, and his history of the highlanders was very interesting. The mountains were a great contrast from the city and the views from the top of the funicular were beautiful. We enjoyed our mountain top lunch, but the special parts of this tour were the two stops - one at the home of a highlander and wood sculptor and one at the farm of a family that produces sheep cheese. Neither property was marked by any signange and we would never have found them on our own. Highly recommend this tour.

Very disappointed - Be very wary of this tour company. We booked this trip through our hotel after showing them a picture. It was 1820PLN (English) £374.55 for four we got picked up and taken to Zakapone Thermal Spa which was not the trip we booked. We got 200 PLN (english £38.55 ) refund as a good will gesture. This was after they agreed we were on the wrong trip. Krakow Direct Tours are very unhelpful and unwilling to help when trips don’t go to plan. We paid well over the top for the actual trip we were taken on. The refund should have been for the part of the trip we didn’t get. I would definitely not recommend this tour operator.
