Wonderful experience with an awesome driver/guide - Our driver, Sajid, was very accommodating and allowed us to go at whatever pace we wanted. He was very familiar with all the destinations which helped us experience them better with his explanations . He spoke English extremely well and was a safe driver. I would strongly recommend Sajid for your driver/guide.

Definitely recommend - We had two perfect day tours with our tour host mr. Sajid. He showed us the most important sights in Tokyo and gave us some good tips for our trip to Japan once we arrived. He was very polite and tried to make our tour unforgettable. We can highly recommend him. Nothing could be improved! We were met by him at our hotel and he listened carefully to our plans & our interests. He took us to some of the highlights areas then to the beautiful attractions. Great trip. - An excellent tour done at our pace but still plenty of time to cover all the main sights. Our driver/guide (Mubi) looked after us so well and made sure we had a great day in Tokyo.an excellent trip which was great value for money.

Highly recommended - Very interesting places we’ve been to! Shinto shrine, Tokyo garden, Skytree and Fish market and more. The driver Malik was kind and prompt.

Tokyo Tour - My family and I had a great time in Tokyo! Sadji our driver was helpful, patience and friendly ( I am travelling with a wheel chairbound mother and a 3 year old toddler. We would give a thumbs up for the excellent service! Thank you Sadji !

Nice day in Tokyo - Driver was great and took us where we wanted to go and nothing was to much trouble for him. BUT we misunderstood that he was only a Driver not tour guide, so maybe tour should state more clearly you only get a Driver nothing more.

request native japanese guide not just an english speaking one - we paid for an English speaking guide--not just a driver. Mubi our guide was very nice but not japanese so. we got no feel of history, traditions or culture of Japan. At our first stop he stayed in the car to watch it so it didnt get towed instead of guiding us!! He tried to accommodate our request to go to the wholesale fish market --which took up most of our time (over two hours) --parking way away and walking too far and it was Closed. We wanted to go to a cat or hedge hog cafe for lunch and he was not familiar with this concept--googled it and took us to a run down place with very old smelly cats--real disappointing

Disappointing tour - First of all I paid for a private tour then at the night before the tour, the company wanted to put a couple with us. Then a single person was made to join the tour. So basically, he had another agenda than ours so we had to compromise with time mgt. and seeing what we wanted from his wishes. We had to wait for an hour for the driver to pick us up. I had told them about what hotel they were supposed to pick us up 2 days ago and they confirmed it. Apparently it was not passed on to the driver. So we had to contact the driver directly and download what's app in order for him to find us. Apparently it is our job to let him know where we are. The driver is just a driver. No information was given regarding the places we were visiting. Did not give suggestions on how to make most of the time so he just go back and forth taking up a lot of time driving around. No time management to make the most of time. Although the driver was very nice. He did not have any contribution at all in the tour. He just goes where you tell him. You will be better off having a person give you a private tour coz then you will know something about the places you visit.
