Worth It - Our driver Maz was very courteous, informative of the places we went to and attentive to our needs. This tour has a pre-set itinerary though you can customize your trip based on your group’s wants and necessities. Our appreciation and thanks to Maz.

Great private Tokyo tour - Shawn was an outstanding guide. He met us at the hotel on time. We really enjoyed the fish market, the girls dresssed in period clothes at the Senso-Ji Budist Temple, going to the observation deck on the Tokyo sky tree, and seeing the crowds at the Shibuya crossing.

Tour Guide With Great City Expertise - Junaid was full of great suggestions that proved to be on point. Without him we couldn’t of seen as much. He was very polite, respectful and considerate. It was a relief to have a personal driver/guide showing us the city. Taking a break from walking and public transportation was much appreciated. We were able to enjoy the city and its attractions in a relaxed and efficient manner.

Best private tour day! - My husband and I had the best day! We were picked up directly at our hotel. Our driver was kind, helpful and knowledgeable about Tokyo. He was very accommodating to what we wanted. He also found us some early blooming cherry blossoms which made my entire trip!

Disappointed - Our tour guide was Ali. He was a very nice man, took many photos of us when we asked him, but he was not a good tour guide. He didn’t give us information or explain Tokyo or the sites we were visiting. He was more a taxi driver than a tour guide. It was unfair to Ali, and us, to give him this assignment – this was his first time he was doing this tour, he usually does Mount Fuji. During the tour, he always walked a half a block in front of us. Also, he never asked if we needed a restroom stop. This was supposedly a 10 hour tour, it did not last 10 hours. Our last stop, an artificial island, we did not visit because at first he said it was optional, which didn’t make sense because it was one of our included stops, then said it would take too long.

Disappointing - Our driver got us safely from one place to the next, but certainly was not a “guide” and could not give us much background on the places we visited. He suggested the Fish Market as our first stop but we asked to push that back since we had just had breakfast, and so he dropped us at the Skytree an hour before it opened (and suggested we go to a cafe while we waited for door to open). He told us we didn’t need tickets for the Imperial Palace when he dropped us off, and it was sold out for the day. He was a nice man, but in all honestly we should have mapped out our own plans and just taken Ubers from place to place that we wanted to see.
