Nigiri and Hosomaki making workshop! - The sushi making workshop was great, we were only 4 people and we got to see temaki being made as an extra treat when we finished early. The nigiri with freshly grated Wasabi was superb, and everyone was so nice. We had a great time!

SUSHIful day :) - My daughters love Sushi - the quint essential food of Japan. And This sushi making class was a cross cultural experience of sorts where people from different parts of the world had come together to learn the art of sushi making and the best part was, we got to enjoy the sushi we made along with a benito flavoured seaweed soup and Japanese green tea. Ms Kate is a wonderful chef & teacher who patiently answered all our queries and helped in enhancing our oh-so-limited sushi making art :) The whole team is awesome and you must add the sushi making class of Japan Wonder Travel to your itinerary.
