Above and beyond! - Our driver and guide Ahamed was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to inform us about Japanese culture, introduce us to extra sights and destinations, and was very patient and accommodating to our group, which consisted of my elderly mother and young daughter. Highly recommended!

AAA tour, perfect for family who has children, elderly & not able to speck a word of Japanese - Our families had a great time, our guide is very caring for all our needs, and also are very knowledgeable, we had learned a lot of history & culture from him.

Tokyo sightseeing - Asif and Areo were both amazing! We rec’d a customized private tour and they were very knowledgeable about the sites and history. We had some food restrictions and they helped us find some food that we could eat. We’d definitely use Yujin tours again. Thank you Yoshi, Asif and Areo for an amazing experience!

Great tour - Asif was professional and kind. We were most interested in learning about the beautiful people of Japan. We are not quick travelers and Asif never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. We were full of questions about Japan and he and our other guide, answered all with grace. We really enjoyed the places we visited and he even took us to a local Ramen bar and helped us order our lunch. Highly recommend. If you don’t have much time to really get the feel of Tokyo, take this tour.

It was the best tour ever! - I really appreciate Yujin Tours’ arrangement! I always try to make sure everything will go smoothly before the trip. I communicated with them via WhatsApp prior the tour and they have been so helpful during the pre-planning process and make sure their guests get to see what they requested. They gave us great suggestions as well. Ahamed is the tour guide/driver, from Sri Lanka who went to college in Japan and has been living in Japan for 7 years. He is young and gave us ideas on where to go and things to see. Because we have two vegetarian guests, he found us the best vegan lunch in Tokyo station that was beyond amazing! We got lost trying to find it and when we did, it was well worth the search! I thought I would only need him for 4 hours?! We used all 9 hours and it was sad to say goodbye to him! It was our first day in Japan! We walked a lot and ate a lot!!!! Highly recommend Ahamed. He is that good!

Tokyo, Japan sightseeing - Our driver was excellent and from the very first minute my husband and I met him, we felt like we knew him for a very long time. It was a pleasure to talk to our new friend on any topic (not only about Tokyo and Japan) and we felt sad when it was time to part. Our driver is a photography enthusiast and shared his wonderful photos with us. I was also able to text with our during our entire stay in Tokyo to ask more questions and get some tips about other attractions to visit. Our day in Tokyo - A very experienced guide who took great care of us to ensure we got the best out our day in Tokyo. We experienced everything we wanted to see. As we are a couple who are not as mobile as we would like our guide took care to ensure we didn’t have to walk too far

Absolute disaster - I paid $1000.00 for a horrible experience. In fact, I paid “extra” for 1 larger van to accommodate my family of 7 adults…just so we could all be together. Two vans arrived 40 minutes late with 1 tour guide unable to speak English. It was a disaster! I want a full refund.
