Good experience - All went well. We stayed on and did the full circuit and got off after that. Commentary was good and work well.

NoGoDublin - Buses are not very photographic friendly at the top open deck and do not stick to their written schedule and itinerary including last stop drop is at the convenience of the driver and not the users

Tired buses, not many departures and probably not worth the money - Compared to other city sightseeing (I have done a lot!) the buses are very old, throw out emissions and some of the headphone sockets do not work. The routes and number of buses are also not as regular as other cities. This makes it less value for money than other cities. I only managed to do one loop without getting off and to be honest it wasn’t of the same standard as other cities sadly.

Not a hop on hop off! - Poor experience - not frequent, bus run down & later tour quoted nearly two hour wait. Have been on quite a few hop on hop off tours - until this one they had always been a good experience Tallinn old town was lovely though just don’t use this tour to get there!

Disappointed. - Don’t waste your money. We didn’t read the trip advisor reviews and feel like we wasted ours. Visited Tallinn as a cruise stop. We got on the bus at the port and they kept us waiting trying to fill it up which is a rude waste of time! There are 2 routes (red and green). We got the red route from the port. It didn’t go back to the port but the map shows it does. We got off to catch the green route which also apparently goes to the port too but we discovered it isn’t available in the morning. After a walk about Tallinn we went to a stop onto the red route and saw we’d have 40mins to wait for the next bus. We walked back to the port in 25 mins. Tallinn is being let down because Hop on Hop off at other cities is great.

Save your money worst HOHO iv ever experienced - There was no option to give 0/5 stars will this wasn't even worth 1 star.. don't waste money on this HOHO bus tour iv been around the world 43 countries and have done many HOHO tours this one is a joke. 2 lines green that have 2 times a day 😂 🤣 😂 and red with 4 times each day 😆😂😂 the buses are also very old the city's small and you'd cover the bus route on foot in a day.. hope your not planning on hopping off you'll wait more that 2+++ hours for the next bus to come 🫴 waste of time and money avoid at all costs

Lots of money, little performance - Well, the information content was very small...and you were constantly stuck in traffic...the explanations didn't really match the view...30 euros is outrageous for that...it's better to just go on your own and drink a glass of wine for the money...

Worst !!! - Just getting back from a European trip. Any major City we visit, we have always loved the Hop on Hop off buses. This had to be the worst operated one we’ve ever done. The operator of the bus kept talking over the pre recorded tour that plays. Almost as trying to put his own spin on things. And really didn’t stop at but 1 or 2 of the sights where he actually gave you the chance to get off. Also being in Tallin a few days and paying attention to this bus. He seemed to be the only one running.

Don't Bother! - Didn't do it as arrived 5 mins late for a bus and the next one was 3 HOURS later! Even if we got it why would we get off somewhere for 3hr!?!? Saved €60 (for 2 of us) so walked everywhere instead...

Don't waste your money !!! - This really cannot be considered a "hop on hop off" service there were only 3 "circuits" in the day unless there were cruise ships in port ( but of course you have no way of knowing) . This meant there was something like 90 minutes between buses. To make that worse the bus timetable was not adhered to and in our case resulted in us "just missing" the bus in the old town, deciding to go for a walk for 40 minutes as there was 70 minutes until the next bus - wrong we saw the next one after only 20 minutes and had to flag it down much to the annoyance of a grumpy driver. We wanted to go to Kadriorg Park and it was lovely - unfortunately we now had zero confidence in the HOHO bus and decide to make the 40 minute walk back to Tallin !!!. Total waste of money
