Amazing Day Tour - We had the “luck of the Irish” to have booked our tour with Private Tours by Derek O’Keffe. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable of the area. We had an amazing, memorable experience we will never forget! Not only would I recommend this tour but I will use Derek again when back in Ireland.

Fabulous day in Cork, Kinsale and Blarney Castle! - We had an amazing day and Derek was a fabulous guide! He was personable, professional, and knowledgable. He was a safe driver and his vehicle was nice and clean. We had great conversations, learned about the area, culture and visited some amazing sights. He was very good at tailoring the day to our interests. We saw everything on our list without feeling rushed. Both Cork and Kinsale were beautiful places and the Blarney Castle was magnificent and the grounds were impressive! We even stopped at a 9/11 memorial which was very touching. Thanks Derek for a fabulous day!

Fantastic Day - Derek is an outstanding tour guide. His history of the area was amazing. Everyone knows Derek…even the bag piper at the Castle where we enjoyed a chat with him! We had a fantastic lunch in Kinsale and a walk through this lovely town. Thanks for a wonderful day.

Great private tour - Derek was a great driver and very knowledgeable about everything he showed us. He had a great relationship with vendors throughout the tour so we felt like we were with friends the entire time.

Book your next tour with DERECK O'KEEFFE PRIVATE TOURS - Derek O'Keeffe was an astounding guide. He listened to our request and took us to some amazing places, such as Blarney Castle and introduced us to the gentleman playing the bagpipes. My husband loves history, so he was fascinated by all historical information Derek was able to provide. We also had my special needs daughter with us; Derek was very kind and patient with her.

Best Day of our Trip! - Everything was perfect..from picking us up from our hotel to an incredibly personalized experience. Derek could not have given us a better day! We loved every single minute of it and will be back soon for Derek to show us more of Ireland. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a special experience that is head and shoulders above a group bus tour. A++

You NEED to book this guy! - Derek is an exceptional tour guide. Educated in Irish history, his love of Ireland oozes out of his pores. This is no ordinary driver/tour guide. He explains the history while showing you places and things an ordinary tour skips. Funny, charismatic, and knowledgeable. Use him, you will find me and thank me. Book him now or you won't get a chance. He is that much in demand

Amazing day Visiting cork with our amazing guide Derek - We had a fantastic day with Derek. We had to be back in Port for 15.30 and I'm amazed how much we got to see. He arrived 30 minutes early as he was tracking the ship coming into port and he was waiting for us with a smile. We got to meet his friend Dennis who is the bagpipe player in Blarney castle and Enjoyed an early lunch in Kinsale that was amazing. We also got to see the amazing Fort Charles before we retuned to Cobh and visited the Cathedral and Titanic last port of call. An amazing day and Derek is simply fantastic. The best guide we ever had. Wish we had more time with him.
