After picking up participants in Coimbra, we will embark on a panoramic tour, passing by several wine estates. We will stop to visit one of the oldest and most traditional wineries in the region. Here, we will have direct contact with the “terroir,” the grapes, and explore the deep, cool tunnels where the wines are aged. We will also enjoy a tasting of both wine and sparkling wine. Following the winery visit, our next stop will be at a restaurant to discover the secret behind the crispy skin of the famous Bairrada roasted pig and savor its unique flavor.
