- Topper’s Rhum Distillery - During the hands-on tour, a guide will walk you through the 6,000 square foot distillery. You will learn a little history of rum making in the Caribbean and a behind the scenes look at how we ferment, distill and filter rum. After that you will see the blending process and how each bottle is expertly handcrafted. You will then visit the lab and learn how the rum-makers insure the products meet the highest quality standards. Plus, see how they create different flavored rhums and even try a new flavor or two that is in development.
Following the tour you will be invited to the tasting bar where you are welcome to taste unlimited samples all the artisanal products as well as our rhum cake.

Cristina no h was a great... - Cristina no h was a great tour guide and she was very knowledgeable about the distillery. She made the entire experience a lot of fun. I would definitely love to tour with her again if I return to the island. Plus the price was really good!

Great time at Topper's Rhum - Topper's Rhum tour is a fun, fascinating, and enjoyable event. This was our second time doing this your, with a few years in between. Our guide was Carlos and he was great, explaining Topper's history and all the rums available. We tasted many rums, had a rum cooking, tasting event with audience participation as cooks. We must have tasted 16-20 different flavors. Rhum cake soaked in rum was tasted and available for purchase, as were all the rums in different sizes. You also get 10 percent discount on your meal if you eat at their wonderful restaurant overlooking the bay. The food was fantastic. Great time all of it.

Excellent Tour/Tasting - Cristina is an amazing personable and professional tour guide. We learned history about the rhum and how it's made, and we did plenty of tastings of the rhum. We tasted a few flavors of the gelato as well. Our children 8 and 11 had a great time . We stayed for dinner and was worth your money, and the food(burger, gnocchi, spaghetti) was very good with great personable service.

Delicious experience - Great tour with so much to teach about the distillery. For a small distillery there was a lot to see and learn about. Also getting to taste so many varieties of Rhum was great to be able to see the versatility of their Rhum. Everything was delicious.

Really interesting tour!! - This was a fascinating tour! We learned the distillation process from start to finish and had the chance to taste a number of different rhums. Cristina was a great tour guide. Highly recommend!

I felt rushed. We were... - I felt rushed. We were the last group of the day and from my research, our group did not get to do what I seen other groups do. The Rums however were delicious 😋.

Good if You Are Looking for Something To Do - The tour guide was great. She kept the group upbeat. I didn’t rate it higher because it wasn’t really what I expected in terms of a tour of a rum distillery. It was more about tasting.
