Additional Information

We’ve been sailing this area for 20 years, and we will take you to beautiful Caribbean beaches that are only accessible by sea, no road can get you here! We will explore two very different spots: Playa Blanca, a Caribbean beach with spectacular snorkelling spots, and Venas Azules a turquoise lagoon of mangroves. Both places are part of the Portobelo National Park, where nature is still virgin and a lot of species are living here. If selected, you will be picked up from the comforts of your hotel, and dropped off to Portobelo, a historic port that was built by the Spanish in 1597 to protect the town and its treasures from Pirates’ attacks. During our tour, you will get the chance to swim, do paddle-boarding, kayaking, or also just to relax on the catamaran or the beach. We will navigate from Portobelo to our destinations on catamaran, and when enough wind, we will open up the sails. If you’re a traveler looking for unique spots off the beaten path and love boating, this is your trip!

Must do experience! - The entire team was wonderful. From the beginning we wanted a chill adventure; not a party day. And that is exactly what we got. From the day prior to the end of the trip communication with the team was absolutely incredible. I knew every step along the way and felt very safe with this company. Once on the boat we got to experience a lot of beautiful scenery in the blue veins, snorkeled among the mangroves and saw many beautiful creatures along the way. The food was also delicious. Would recommend!!

Boat charter off the beaten path - boat trip and crew were excellent. also were happy that there were only 3 people on trip and they still went when most other tours would have canceled. the 2 stops were great too. would definitely recommend as low key over large party charter.

Good, but lacks a shower - Great tour, with excelent lunch cooked at the boat. Could be better with a shower to take the salt off the body after swimming.

Beautiful day! - Beautiful location, felt remote in a very peaceful way. The crew was so kind and helpful. We were a bit confused at times during the transportation- all went smoothly, but there are a few different touch points before getting on the catamaran. Very easy to communicate with the coordinator, so we recommend asking as many questions as you have so that so you feel comfortable.

Funny - I was expecting a big and new catamaran although there were 5 people. Crew is great. Food is good. The beaches are normal. None of them like Cozumel or Aruba. But the Passengers (5 girls with me) were wonderful. We having fun, anyway!

Nice trip with not much sailing - Pickup as scheduled from our hotel in Panama City in a minivan, catamaran goes on engine power to mangrove area. It's pretty with a few fish that can be spotted during snorkeling. Onwards on engine power to island bay area. Lunch is served here. Lovely area to swim and relax. Prebuy your snacks and drinks. Despite ample wind the catamaran only sailed on the return journey for about half an hour and with the front sail only. Then back to engine power. Whilst the crew was pleasant and we had a very nice day, if you expect sailing for 2 hours as in the trip description you might be disappointed.
