The selection of breweries can always vary, for example because a brewery sometimes expects a private gathering. The following types of Kölsch can be expected during the tour: Gilden Kölsch, Päffgen Kölsch, Sion, Peters, Sünner or others. The old town is a true brewery paradise!

Fabulous walking tour of Cologne with the emphasis on beer. - Fantastic walking brewery tour visiting four pubs with our excellent guide, Chris. Not only did we learn alot about the local beer of Cologne but historical facts told with humour. Paid for our drinks at each venue which suited the lighter drinkers in our group. A fun afternoon.

Best tour in cologne - Loved this tour. It’s fairly new and I wanted to give it a try and boy was I glad. The tour guide is a super fun guy and is an expert on all things beer. He walked me through the origins of Kolch beers, brew house rules and stories of families and brew houses hundreds of years old. We visited about 6 brew houses and tasted the best Kolch beers in the world. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting cologne solo , as a couple , with friends or as a fun team activity at work.
