A trip to Italy is incomplete without tasting at least one of its famous pasta dishes… So, we’ll help you master two! Discover the art of hand-rolling ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) and how to create 2 distinct and simple pasta variants from scratch under the guidance of your Cesarina. To top it all, you’ll also learn the preparation of the legendary Tiramisu. Engage with your love for Italian food as you strike new friendships in this interactive cooking class, a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in Italian culture.

Fun evening!! - Veronica was a wonderful host and instructor- we made two kinds of pasta, tiramisu, and they had prepared appetizers, wine, etc. Everything was delicious! Veronica’s husband, Luca, was such a delight- we felt like we were all good friends by the end of the evening. It was a wonderful experience and one of our favorite evenings in Italy- I highly recommend!!!

must do in Como! - Ceasrina and Simona were so incredible! It was honestly such an easy experience getting to their house and directions from them were very clear. It felt more like we were making pasta with friends rather than people we had just met. Truly one of the best things we did while in Italy- it is a MUST and the best pasta you will ever eat!

Highly Recommend! - Veronica - and her husband! - were excellent hosts. The kitchen space was amazing and she had everything ready to go when we arrived. We made a pasta (I thought it was two pasta types, but it was one and Veronica had made two sauces :), and we made tiramisu. All delicious! Veronica is meticulous with every instruction and detail, but she made the entire evening SO fun! They are a charming couple, and Veronica clearly loves what she does and has a passion for delicious food. We learned so much from her! We would highly recommend this cooking class!

Wonderful experience in Como! - wonderful time. Carolina and Simon’s welcomed it’s into their home and we felt like family, made 2 types of pasta and tiramisu! Dinner was yummy with wine and great conversation! We were even picked up and dropped off at the train station. It was definitely something different to do while visiting Como and would highly recommend.

Wonderful class with Simona. Brava Simona!!! - Simona is a incredible italian cook. She is so kind and ask all the questions for you to be confortable. Her mom is adorable, she speaks italian in a lovely way and we understood everything with our hearts! Giovanna her little puppy is so cute. 😍 We felt at home, we cook, laugh and had a wonderful conversation in English with Simona. I had never had a chance to make a fresh pasta. Wow, that pasta was so good and simple. The way Simona teaches you with encouragement and clear directions, makes you feel like a chef. I couldn't belive that I made those cute gnocchi shapes. My daughter loved the experience as well. We made pasta with different shapes and gnocchi. So delicious!All night long we were saying wow!!!! Cooking in class in Italy you must ask for Simona and her mom. They made arrangements for me to eat a version of vegan plate, and a plate with cheese for my daughter. Also, they have a beautiful home, with a gorgeous view. Thank you Simona, you made our trip memorable!
