- IMPORTANT: During the winter season, the Bernina Express route may offer partially obscured or less visible panoramic views due to shorter daylight hours. Departing at 4:14 pm from St. Moritz and arriving at 6:39 pm in Tirano, the journey’s timing may limit daylight scenery.

The Bernini Express Is Not To Be Missed! - Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. A long day but Chiara was very organised and Andreas a highly skilled driver. Central meeting point. Early start but a comfort stop at a really nice cafe helped. The drive to St Moritz was enjoyable and comfortable. We were taken to a chocolate shop once there & given suggestions what to see and where to eat. And where to meet at station for Bernini Express.
The Express was fabulous and not to be missed. The English narrator was hard to hear above the noise of train at times.
Not a lot to see or do in the short time in Tirano. Coach was waiting for us. Again Andreas drove us safely back to Como through very stormy weather conditions.

A trip of a lifetime.!. - Apart from the scary hairpin bends on the way up to St Moritz on the coach (excellent driving Lucca, you deserved the round of applause), the very summit at the ice lake was breathtaking, with the snow capped mountains all around. A wonderful experience to remember for ever.!.

Outstanding Trip - A very long day, but well worth the trip! St. Moritz is a bit sleepy in May, but it was delightful walking around town. The Bernina Express was everything it is advertised to be…stunning views!

Awesome - In the bus going up the mountain, driving the cutbacks in the road. The Bernina Express was a beautiful experience for my family, 1st time in Switzerland and the memories will stay with us forever.

Bernina Express - The entire day was wonderful. The bus ride to St. Moritz was comfortable and the views were picturesque. The town of St. Moritz on the other hand was disappointing, but the food was good and relatively well priced. The train was also wonderful. The views were amazing. The ride home was comfortable. Great day all around.

Mesmerizing landscapes ! - This trip is something you cannot miss, travelled with my husband and daughter of 6 years, we were mesmerized by the landscapes. Our guide was so informative as well as punctual. The views while on the bus to St Moritz are so rich in greenery, lakes, elegant small town on the hills…then on the Bernina train the Alps mountains left us in awe. Memories for a lifetime, thank you !

Memorable trip - Great concept - bus to St Moritz, return via Bernina Express - very good for a memorable one day trip from Lake Como to Switzerland. But get a more talented guide who would bring things to life. Also increase pick up locations at Lake Como - we had to spend $150 in taxi from Bellagio to catch morning bus. Also guide would not allow for dropping us off near Lecko for convenient trip back to Bellagio.

Beautiful sights, a lot of sitting - Beautiful sights but we didn’t find it worth the travel. Tour begins with 2.5-3 hours on a bus. First stop in St Moritz is nice but there is not much to do. Following St Moritz is a 2 hour train ride through the alps. Beautiful, but after sitting all day it was not very enjoyable. After this train ride it is another 2.5 hours on a bus. Total tour time is roughly 14-16 hours depending on how close you are to the launch point. If you’re okay with enjoying a long ride this is for you, but if you like to get out and walk I’d say look elsewhere!

Great tour, pity of guide - Very complicated logistic, the guide Lucca wasn’t very polite with us, marginal english, and the time in St Moritz with him and all the people so bored, we did our own plans just on time to have a great one there
