- Islands Brygge - Discover the Copenhagen waterfront from Islands Brygge. The chilled out area will give you a great overview of the main canal that runs through the city
- Meatpacking District, Copenhagen - The Meat Packing District. This was once the main butcher area of the country. Today, it has been transformed into a vibrant urban hang-out area for many Copenhageners and hosts many restaurants, cafés and night clubs.
- Vesterbro - Vesterbro area. This area lies close to the Central Station and used to be a bit of a rough area of the city. Through city efforts, Vesterbro is today a much more family-friendly place with many cool Urban designs
- Home of Carlsberg - See the new vibrant area of the Carlsberg City. Home of the Carlsberg Brewery, you will see how the urban planners have included the concepts of “livability” into the making of this neighborhood.
- Inner Noerrebro - See the unique area of Nørrebro. A very hipster-friendly area. You will see many Copenhageners live
- Oesterbro - Discover the northern part of Copenhagen called Østerbro. Many of the wealthier Copenhageners live in this part of the city with a rich and unique history.
- Nordhavnen - Explore the modern area of Nordhavn. This area has been completely transformed in recent years and there is still a lot of construction taking place today.

On our Essence of Copenhagen Tour, you will experience the lesser known (but just as captivating) areas of Copenhagen not visited by the average tourist. This tour is designed to give a deeper understanding of the surrounding neighborhoods that make up the city, with an emphasis on “the Copenhagen way of life” and what that entails. We hope to give our guests a feeling of the essence of Copenhagen and an insight into what life in this city feels like for Copenhageners living in the city. To cover a good amount of distance, this tour will be conducted on our easy-to-ride e-bikes, which the group will get a demonstration of how works at the start of the tour.
