Great food, great time, great tour guide! - Madga (I hope I spelled it right) was our guide and she was a total trooper! First she was very accommodating as we had to change the meeting time. Second, weather-wise it was a lousy day - it was cold, windy, and raining like cats and dogs......Nothing stopped Madga though. She met up with us as planned, and modified the itinerary to just so we wouldn't end up completely drenched. We stopped by most of the planned stops. The food was delicious and PLENTY! She told us the stories around the food we were tasting, and a whole lot more about the local culture and the city. She also took us to the food market, and patiently waited with us as we were completing shopping and in awe with all the offerings in the food market. Even though the weather was terrible, we had a great time. This is a wonderful tour, highly recommended!

History of the city and food samplings - The guide (Jeff) lived in Copenhagen his entire life and was very informative of the city and all the sites that we visited. We got to taste a great variety of the local foods. Would highly recommend the tour to anyone visiting the city.

Fascinating tour with wonderful food - Alessandro was a wonderful guide to the city, its history, culture and food. Food was delicious and very much from the places that the locals shop. He was very helpful in suggesting other sites for us to visit during our short stay. His international experience also made interesting conversations in comparing Denmark with the UK and other counties. Highly recommended.

Great way to experience a slice of Copenhagen - Alessandro was an amazing guide. Lots of interesting information about the city and its history and he even managed to keep the forecasted rain away for most of our tour! Thoroughly enjoyed the food and would definitely recommend doing this tour.

Disappointing - not as advertised - We were very excited when we booked this tour - it was our last day in Copenhagen - However, this was a huge disappointment.  (1) Unfortunately for us, we had already had a Danish, a hotdog, and a fish cake - and this is what was on this menu.  When we explained we had already tried these, there was no offer of substitutions and were told the spicy fish cake would be different.  It was spicier, but nothing special - however the last tasting was good.  (2) We made only two stops - one for hot dogs and one stop for two tastings.  As advertised there should have been "5 stops at Copenhagen's most traditional stalls and restaurants."  (3)  She brought us two danish in a bag, so we did not even stop at a local coffee shop and have a choice of danish and coffee.  (4) We learned very little about the city - which we had expected to get some information, not a history lesson, but  we did not get the advertised "three hours of a private tour with a local guide".   We paid $345 for two people - which , in our opinion, was overpriced for two stops, 2 hour tour vs itinerary stated 3 hours and very little said about the city (plus repetitive food - danish not as good as others we tried, hot dog always good, fish cake nothing special, and last tasting of a small smorgas was good).  Cannot recommend this tour for the price paid vs. what we received.
