- Following this, enjoy a bus tour through the picturesque landscape featuring farms, forests, and small villages on the way to Hillerød.
- Viking Ship Museum - Our guide will give a brief introduction and lead you to the museum. From there, you’re free to explore this lively museum, which includes 1000-year-old shipwrecks on display inside and reconstructed Viking ships outside.
- Frederiksborg Castle - Upon arriving in Hillerød, you’ll have 3 hours to spend. This time can be divided between visiting the stunning Frederiksborg Renaissance Palace and possibly the baroque garden behind it.
- With 3 hours, you might also have time to stroll around the town center and experience daily life outside Copenhagen. Just be sure to keep track of the time and remember the pickup location.
- In Hillerød, you can also have lunch, either at a local café or with a sandwich from a local bakery. If you choose the sandwich option, consider enjoying it on a bench by the lake surrounding Frederiksborg Palace.
