Worth the money - Tour guide was amazing. We learned so much about Ireland on the tour. Dave was amazing and knowledgeable pointing things out along the way. 3 castles in 1 day is well worth the trip.

Great experience - Great experience. Really enjoyed the tour of the 3 castles. David our driver and tour guide provided information about Ireland as we drove through the countryside towards our destinations and also gave us time to just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fortunately for us we were a small group and the day was not too busy. It was wonderful to step back in time and visit these historical sights.

The driver John was the... - The driver John was the best! He told stories, history of Ireland, sang songs, he also shared His Irish Chocolate. Because of John this was the best trip I have taken on both England and Ireland.

Must do! - Our day with Derek was amazing! The castles were beautiful, and our time at each location was enough. We arrived at the Castles at the perfect times where it was not crowded. We only had to wait 20 minutes to kiss the Barney stone! Derek was an amazing tour guide. He was very informative and personable. He even sang us some traditional Irish songs and got the whole bus singing for one of them. Everyone loved it so much they kept asking him to sing one more.!

Good, more time needed at Blarney Castle. - The day was good. Driver, Barry, was excellent. Could have used more time at Blarney Castle. We didn't have time to stand in the 2 hour line to get into the castle and kiss the stone. Disappointed as that was on my bucket list and will probably not happen now.

Beautiful property - The grounds are so beautiful. The castle is historic but smaller than I imagined. Kissed the Blarney Stone which is actually a bit scary but great experience.

rushed - tour was an hour and a half shorter than advertised. tour guide/driver was constantly in a hurry, so everything felt rushed. when i was late to return from a sight to the bus meeting point, the driver had some quite inappropriate comments.

Mediocre experience - So here is where this is complicated, the places were amazing, but the bus was 30 min late (my second tour that had been late from this company) and our guide was more of a shuttle service. He hardly spoke, he barely even explained the sites we were going to! We were literally clueless because he walked us to the entrance and then we were on our own and told to meet back at the bus at a certain time, we were all at the bus early and he was nowhere to be found. I think we were shorted time at Blarney Castle which we could have used much less time at the rock of Cashel and more time at Blarney. I definitely think there could be improvements in time management with this tour, but the sites were great but a missed opportunity to learn about anything we were looking at. Cahir castle at least had a guide on the site to give us a tour which was great. Overall disappointed in the experience for what it could have been. Other guides have provided so much information and made the ride interesting.

Terrible. Arrived at 06:40 to find tour cancelled without warning. - We arrived at the bus stop at 06:40am, having woken up at 06:00am for the tour, only to be told by another customer that the tour had been cancelled. The tour company did not contact us, and there was no staff at the stop to tell us that it was cancelled. We had to walk around to a different Irish Day Tours stop to find a member of staff - who told us the tour had been cancelled. We were offered a place on the Cliffs of Moher tour but we had already been. Unacceptably poor levels of customer service. I recommend you avoid this tour and this company. We're now on another tour to Blarney with Paddywagon, who actually turned up on time.
