- Ross Castle - Ross Castle was built in the 15th Century and was the seat of the O’Donoghue Mor. During the second Desmond Rebellion which led to the Plantation of Munster in the 1580s, the castle changed hands and was taken over by the McCarthy Mors.
- Innisfallen Island - Locate on Lough Leane, Innisfallen Island was once home to to a monastery dating back to 640 AD. The island was a place of solitude for the monks to reflect and pray. The monks were great scholars, the High King of Ireland Brian Boru was said to have studied on Innsfallen island. Over 300 years, 39 of the Monks wrote what is known now as the Annals of Innisfallen, a history of early Ireland written in Irish and Latin.

really beautiful trip - Really lovely trip. The views are beautiful even on a cloudy day and the guide was very knowledgable. The boat was warm and comfortable. Pet friendly, we took our two dogs with us. highly recommend

Amazing views of the mountains - The views were amazing because it was perfect weather to be able to see the mountains and the Lake was calm. Everyone was very friendly as well. Was lovely to go to the back of the boat and watch from outside in the shade, just can’t hear the commentary as well outside is all.

1 hour Killarney lake boat cruise - Killarney lake cruise was great. Our driver was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. It was a wonderful way to see the lake and learn more about the national park without having to exert any energy and in the comfort of a boat!! The weather we had was really good, so that helps of course.

Fabulous trip - We spent the most glorious morning on the lakes of Killarney on Friday 10 May as part of a school tour. It was lovely to hear the history and geography of the area. We were blessed with a fantastic sunny day. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area.

A great little trip around the Lough with the best surprise! - A charming cruise with a great pilot. Just the right amount of commentary. And he took time to let us see the white tailed eagle on her nest. Unforgettable.
