Cordoba Mosque - Our visit was magnificent. Definitely something not to be missed. Not standing in line for tickets was wonderful.

It was wonderful to be in such an iconic and beautiful place and understand the history behind it - The guide Anna was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. She explained a complicated history very well and also the reason behind the expansion of the building

Little information and little customer service. - The prior information was scarce, there was no confirmation, but they charged us the money as soon as we booked and with no option for changes or returns. I will not hire these services again.

Magnificent Mezquita but average tour - We booked an English language tour of the mezquita in Cordoba through Viator. Despite being reassured on the phone by a Viator representative that we had an English language tour, when we arrived we were booked on a Spanish language tour. Ana, the English guide, agreed to take us on her tour for which we are grateful. The tour of the mosque-turned-cathedral was average. Our guide admitted that she was not at her best on the day we visited and it showed.

Quick Satisfactory Tour - My ticket stated 0945. After waiting 15 minutes, I called the company and they said that the tour starts at 1100. I had to preoccupy myself...eventually I opted for a quick horse drawn tour of Cordoba (a blessing in disguise). The tour group included approximately 20 people. The history and briefings of the architecture were very interesting, but seeing the structure itself is inexplicable. to experience the structure's majestic power, one just has to explore it's interior. The structure itself is beautiful beyond description. The tour itself was average...

stay away from this agency - By mistake I booked the tour in Spanish. I noticed it immediately and contacted the agency by email and phone to rebook to an English tour. The phone calls went to voicemail and nobody returned my email until 10 minutes before the start time of the tour when they said they could not rebook because the tour was just starting! I have never experienced such bad service before and strongly recommend others to consider a different agency.

Your Agency was unresponsive - terrible experience - Our ticket said the tour was in English in one section and Spanish in a different section. I emailed the agency and they confirmed it was in Spanish only. I requested to rebook to an English tour but no it’s responded to my multiple emails after the initial response and when I tried calling three times, it went to voicemail. I was disappointed at how the agency handled the situation and had a terrible experience since we didn’t understand the guide who only spoke Spanish.
