Give it a miss - Line up for out entry time was a problem in the sun, no shade. Overcrowding to get up into the tower was also a problem in narrow alley way. I did not find this visit interesting compared to Alhambra in Granada and the Mosque in Cordoba.

No information about the tickets. - Poorly informed (we didn't know where and when we could get the tickets). As a result, we were late and only had half an hour to visit everything. The tower was closed.

No show!! - Unfortunately we can’t review it as NO-ONE showed up or was at the meeting point! We could only SMS and we did and had no response. We waited in the heat for thirty minutes and lucky enough to be given tickets. Very disappointing as we have used Viator on many many occasions. Not even sure if we will get a refund??

Scam - We bought tickets and never got them. We went to the entrance and could not get a response from Viator and could not enter. Even now they won’t respond. A complete waste of money.

Tickets not valid at entry! - Ticket not accepted!!! I booked this ticket through Expedia and when we got to the counter after waiting in line the ticket guy at the booth told us this wasn’t a valid ticket entry and the only way in is the buy at the counter. So we had to pay again. Only difference is the tour was 5 euros and this tour company charged 12$ Canadian! This isn’t ok we drove 2 hours in order to see the gardens at the risk of not getting in. Make sure you buy your tickets on the site directly if ever you want to buy in advance.
