Manatee Mania - This place is the best in Crystal Springs. From the friendly helpful staff at the rental office to the friendly helpful staff at the launch site. They do make it a great memory and in February there are so so many Manatees.

Fun had by all! - Great trip, great yaks, and an all around fun time. My only issue (which isn't even this companies fault or problem) is way too many inexperienced boaters on the water.

Memorable experience - Fantastic experience! It’s my first time kayaking in the open water. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly! Learn how to use the paddles from other paddlers nearby. Saw different birds, a mother and baby manatee, a turtle and even a dolphin. Enjoy the trip a lot

Great day - Perfect weather around 25degC. 10 minute walk down to the water and simple process to get going on the water. Saw a few manatees and a turtle. But the kayaking alone was well worth it.

Up and close - Getting up and close to viewing the manatees. The west could have been better. But we did see 3 or more manatees mating in the canal.

Average kayaking experience - King bay has dark, dirty water due to the significant amount of motored boats w tourist divers. Not worth the cost.

RIP OFF, WORST KAYAK I'VE EVER RENTED - This place is a ripoff! Their kayaks are junk & the single kayak doesn't even have a backrest! They are just in it for the money. They try to nickel & dome you to death. They will RENT you a clear plastic phone case for $10 that you can BUY at Walmart for $4.96. They will rent you a dry bag too, that you can buy cheaper than rent. Also, if you are even just a FEW MINUTES LATE, they will charge you $25 PER 15 MINUTES you are late, per boat!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! They try to upsell you everything!! They even charge you $20 EACH to rent their dive flag to go swimming in a public waterway!!

We had to walk 5... - We had to walk 5 blocks.to the kayak. We weren't given any direction or where we could possibly see any manatees and we paid 40$ to rent googles and snorkel and the water is dirty like river water. We basically got handed our kayaks and let push out into the water. Terrible experience, will not return
