1 SW 1st Pl - On our 3 hour semi private swimming with the manatee tours. We put a maximum of 6 guests to insure an intimate and educational experience. We embark our tour from Petes pier marina located in the heart of kings bay where the manatees can be located anywhere in our 600 acre bay. Once we find the manatees we then exit the boat and snorkel with the manatee. Our experienced guides lead the guests in the water throughout the entire at that time time they are taking photos and videos. All of our photos and small videos taken on the trip are included.

This is a true wild life experience and we do not guarantee perfect conditions. As a small owner operated tour company we believe in transparency with our guests. A lot of tour companies advertise Crystal clear water and picture perfect attractions. During manatee season those are the most likely times to see manatees in or near the springs. Where the water is clearer.
During spring, summer and fall. The manatees will be eating on our grass flats where visibility can very between 1 to 6ft. There is residential population of manatees that live in our bay year round. So you can still see manatees in the off season.

When you arrive at Pete's Pier Marina, we'll meet you at the bait shop located at the end of the pier. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. We'll also be contacting you the day before your departure to ensure everything is good to go. Can't wait for your awesome manatee tour!

Fantastic! - We had so much fun with these guys! It was an amazing experience. We were very luck to find the manatees we found bc they were very interactive with us. It was so amazing and we can't wait to come back!

Manatee trip - Peter and Lindsay were very knowledgeable and made the trip really fun.
Despite being off season we met 2 beautiful manatees.
We even had time at the end for the kids to jump in off the boat and have some more fun!
I would recommend this trip!

Expect the unexpected in the wild - Stunning scenery, wildlife in and out of the water, informed kind guide. The equipment was easy to use and the boat was easy to exit. An experience I won't soon forget. Thanks Peter for your special touch

Great family outing. - We had a great day in the water with captain Peter. He was able to quickly find the manatees, the water was the perfect temperature with a wet suite on. Captain Peter had a cameraman to take photos to send to us. The water is very clear even though the storm just hit. I recommend to do this with your family, perfect for any age.

Go Local or go home - Captain Walter and Master Diver Derek are amazing! We went on a swim manatee tour. They were fantastic with my children! They went over and beyond to make our trip spectacular and spectacular it was! We saw manatees within 5 minutes, several springs, an alligator, birds, and more. If you are on the fence between outfitters, choose GOLOCAL as all 4 of them are born and raised Floridian's and are extremely knowledgeable of the area. I chose this outfitter because I like going local and because they included the photo package. Because of this, you actually save money and get all of the prints. Master Diver Derek is quite the photographer and got some amazing pictures that we will never be able to duplicate. I am a Florida Cracker and have experienced many excursions. Hands down, GOLOCAL stands out above the rest. 10 stars if possible! Thanks, Guys, for an amazing day that my kiddos will never forget!

OMG MANATEES - What a pair of entrepreneurs, Peter and Josh made sure this tour did not disappoint. Having a family often makes tours stressful, but not with Go Local Manatee Tours, everything was convenient and taken care of( Snorkles, Masks, Suits, Boat, Photos, A No Pressure Departure, and MANATEES).
Having an in-water photographer was the selling point for us and we were so glad we chose Go Local for a no stress tour. We were able to really experience the manatees up close and personal. We left with a ton of complimentary photo memories, all without having to have a camera viewfinder between us and these marvels.
My main doubt was if we would find a manatee and have visibility, both of which were no problem. Peter and Josh have a network as locals and we found the manatees within no time. After seeing some of the other tours, this was once again the best choice. Other tours had gaggles of tourists competing for manatee time...we had laid back, lifetime local experts leading us around the springs literally by the hand. My wife is hydrophobic, especially around depths, but they comforted her and everything was so easy she was quickly at ease.
The only downside was that the tour went so fast, what a blast!
We had manatees surface literally right in front of us, and were able to see a mother and calf.
Overall it was a great investment, the memories made the (reasonable) price well worth it.

Amazing “local” tour! The best! - Golocal tours with Peter and Josh were amazing. They were super fun! They were very knowledgeable, and made the whole tour such a great opportunity for our family!! Being local to the area, they shared so much information with us! Their love for their tours was very evident and we cannot be happier with our decision to book with them! When booking, book local!
