Rare quality charter for Curacao - What a great experience. We have had a rough go on quality service since arriving on the island 10 days ago. Here is a tour ran by the owner operator. She is not in a hurry if you run long on time and only cares that you experience the island the right way. The local restaurant she takes you to is awesome with an amazing cliff/ocean view. Nice new Yamaha utv with legit off road goggles provided. Goes off the beaten path to indigenous caves and along an iron shore coast with amazing views with blow holes and natural bridges. She also has a restaurant downtown Zoh (Z omega symbol H)

Absolutely Amazing! - The UTV was an amazing way to see the island. Pick up and drop off to and from the hotel was smooth and easy. The sights were awesome, the caves were sick, the coastline was beautiful, the colors were so vibrant, the turtles at the beach we close to you which was pretty cool, our guide was very informative and catered to our needs, and we got to meet the Prime Minister of Curacao which you don't see everyday. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience something different and outside their comfort zone.

Amazing tour, great for older or more adventurous kids - Danielle was amazing! She showed us all of the best spots. It was such a fun adventure and we could not recommend this tour more. We brought our 7 year old and he had a blast too but it might be a little too adventurous for the little ones depending on the kid. The little cafe we stopped at was delicious too. Thanks for a great time!

Bandabou Sights Tour was fantastic! - From flamingoes, to caves, sea turtle viewing, and hiking to view the tidal spray at a national park, Danielle gave us a great tour. She tailored our tour perfectly for two 75+ adults with plentiful water/juice, rest room stops, beach time with her own folding chairs and lunch at a beautiful local restaurant, topping it off with coconut water on the way back to town. Danielle is a very personable, caring guide; she returned my eyeglasses to port security before we discovered they had been left behind in the ATV at the end of the tour). This tour was the highlight of our 14 day cruise. Thank you SO MUCH Danielle! Five plus stars.

Great private tour! - Danielle was fantastic! Even through the rain, we had a great time. She was well prepared (had rain jackets for all), and extremely knowledgeable about the area around Curacao. The east coast waves crashing on the rocky shores were spectacular. Although our wives would not go into the cave (bats!) we went as Danielle explained about the cave and the stalactites. Lunch was also provided at a local restaurant, where the goat and other local foods were served to us. All of the food was incredible. All in all, a great tour!!

Amazing intimate semi-private tour. - I didnt know what to expect when booking this tour but this turned out to be one of the highlights of my entire trip. We booked what was supposed to be a 4& 1/2 hour tour and were taken on a full 6 hour plus adventure. We had the opportunity to see the north coast of the island and all its beautiful sights. Plus made it almost to the western tip as well to see what it had to offer. We got the opportunity to sample local cuisine which was an added bonus. We were never rushed through any of the stops along the way, so we got to enjoy everything the way we wanted to. Ferene and Daniella were both amazing tour guides throughout. So kind and knowledgeable about all the areas we visited. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

Fun in the Sun! - Our tour guide was awesome! She was very kind and knowledgeable! We went to 3 gorgeous beaches where we snorkeled and got the chance to see some fish! At the end of the tour we ate at a local restaurant which was delicious and satisfying! Overall it was a fun and relaxing excursion!

Customized Tour - We visited Curaçao for a few hours from a cruise ship and Nathan, and his team (Eva and Kirstin) made sure that we didn’t miss anything beautiful or fun. They customized the excursion according to our group’s request (25 people). They took us to see the beautiful streets of historic Williamstead, then to Cas Abao Beach, where we spent a few hours enjoying the beautiful clear waters. There we had a space reserved for all of us, with all amenities and Eva and Kirstin served a homemade snack right on the beach, that was delicious! From there, we headed to Playa Forte to a restaurant where we could taste the island’s authentic cuisine. The view of this place was amazing and the food was really good. Eva and Kirstin worked very hard to keeps us entertained and also to get to know they’re beautiful island. This tour was for sure one of the highlights of our cruise. I highly recommend using DLN tours if you’re visiting Curaçao.

Unresponsive vendor - do not book under any circumstances! - DNL Excursions was on track to completely ruin our port stop in Curacao. A day before arrival, we learned that our ship would be arriving into port an hour late, meaning we would miss our meetup time for the ATV excursion that we had booked through Viator for our family of 3. We contacted DNL via their phone number, email, Whatsapp chat, and Viator chat, and they did not respond to any of these communications! This was 19 hours before our scheduled to pick up. A few hours later, we reached out to Viator directly, and they had us on hold while they tried to reach out to DNL Excursions by phone and over email. The tour operator didn't respond to Viator either. We contacted Viator one last time the evening before our scheduled meetup, and they again could not get in touch with DNL. The morning of the tour, we saw that none of the WhatsApp messages were even read and made the call to try to book with another vendor as we were pulling into the Curacao port. I checked the Facebook group for our cruise sailing, and saw that Waldemir from MyRonchiTrip was advertising his touring services. On a whim, I reached out to him over Facebook Messenger and he was super responsive. He ultimately saved the day! He met us in port and took our family on an amazing tour of Curacao, which was private, and was longer and cost less than DNL's ATV tour. Anyhow, we wound up having an amazing time in Curacao, but there was a ton of stress and aggravation as we went for a whole day not knowing what was going to happen with our ATV tour and whether we could find some other option at the last minute. Given all the records of us and Viator trying to reach out to non-responsive DNL Tours, Viator issued us the refund without a problem. However, I still don't understand how this vendor could just completely ignore all forms of communication after a customer pre-paid over $300 for their services. Do not risk it!
